Privacy Policy

3DSPP LLC ("we", "us") delivers digital parking passes and access credentials on behalf of parking facility operators. This policy describes what information we handle and how we use it.

Information we process

When a parking facility issues you a pass, we process:

• Name — shown on your pass so facility staff can identify it.
• Parking credential number — the card or pass identifier encoded in your QR code or wallet pass.
• Phone number and/or email address — used only to deliver your pass.

This information is provided to us by the parking facility that issued your pass. We do not collect information directly from you, and our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics.

How we use it

• To deliver your pass by SMS, email, or mobile wallet.
• To keep a delivery record so passes are not sent in duplicate.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not use your information for advertising.
• We do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to deliver it (SMS carrier, email provider, and Google when you choose to add a pass to Google Wallet) and the parking facility that issued your pass.

Google Wallet

If you choose to add your pass to Google Wallet, the pass content (your name, the facility name, and your credential number) is stored in your Google Wallet and handled according to Google's Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

Delivery records are retained while your pass is active and for the operator's record-keeping period. To request deletion of your information, email support@3dspp.com — we will respond within 30 days.
